  3. Get Paid: Once your customer places an order, you'll receive a 10% commission.

How do I track my referrals and commissions?

You'll receive regular updates via email detailing the status of orders you've referred.

We're working to build a portal / better system to track this but we don't have this in place yet.

When and how do I get paid?

Commissions are paid out via check after the customer has paid their order.

Is there a minimum number of referrals to participate?

Can customers order directly without going through my store?

Yes, but only referrals submitted above earn commission.

How quickly will my customers be contacted?

Immediately! You submit the form, we send an email.

Do you provide promotional materials for my store?

Yes, we can provide digital and printed promotional materials upon request.

What happens if a referred customer does not place an order immediately?

The commission applies on an order that the customer places as a result of you connecting them to us. If their first order is immediate you get commission on it, if the customer reaches out at a later date and places their first order but you did connect them via the form originally, you'll still receive the commission.

Do I have to handle any customer service or ordering details?

Nope! We handle all the order details and customer service.

Do I get commission on customer re-orders

Not at this time. We're open to re-evaluating this in the future but we currently don't plan to provide commission on customer re-orders
